〈Remarks〉

1. In case organizer collects entrance or other fee in commercial purpose as advertisement, exhibition or sells, facility using fee is double price than marked in the fee table. However, in case of use in purpose of practice or preparation, fee is as stated in the fee table.

2. “Use of Large Hall” in the Main Hall means reservation for 1F and 2F. “Use of Medium Hall” includes use of 1F and in case visitor number is less than 1,295 people.

3. “Use of Foyer” in Main Hall means reservation for Foyer, excluding stage or audience area.

4. “Use of Rehearsal Room” in Main Hall means reservation for stage in purpose of the rehearsal. In case there are other events being organized temporary or consequently in the same day in other facilities (ex. “Use of Large Hall”) there is not possible to make a reservation.

5. “Photo shooting” in Main Hall is designated for photo session only. In case there are other events being organized temporary or consequently in the same day in other facilities (ex. “Use of Large Hall”) there is not possible to make a reservation.

6. Please apply for division among morning, afternoon, night or all-day use. Preparations or removal must be included in above.

7. In case of combination of use as morning/afternoon or afternoon/night, usage fee is total amount of each division.

8. Use in off hours means reservation for preparations or removal in time before 8:00 (or 9:00) or after 21:30 or connection time between 12:30 – 13:00. In case of morning/afternoon use, there is no fee occurred for off- hours use (12:30 – 13:00).

9. “Off day” means National Holiday under regulation of law (Article 178, 1948).

10. Usage fee for accompanying equipment or air conditioning/heating is not included in the basic fee. Please refer to the accompanying equipment and others fee in the fee table.
