2. Reservations cancellation validity period – until 30 (7) day before facility using

After the reservation cancellation validity period passes, you are required to pay facility fee in spite of the absence on the reserved day.

3. Approval of Use and Invoice issue

4. Payment for the facility use – by the due date

It is required to prepay for facility use.

• Bank transfer * Please burden bank transfer fee at your expense.

5. Meeting

6. Please do not forget to bring Approval of Use with you on the reserved day!

7. Settlement of the expenses – by the due date

Please pay for all service you used – accompanying equipment, air conditioning/heating etc.
